Return & Refund Policy

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURNS:

If you have received a defective or damaged product, we will be absolutely happy to help you. Please follow these guidelines for returning a defective or damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days from delivery date by email or through our website, and please include your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos and/or videos of the defective or damaged product to help us determine the appropriate course of action.
  3. Once we receive your message, we will review the information you provided and respond to you within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
  4. If we determine that a return is necessary, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please return the product within 14 days from receiving the label. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
  5. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. We will contact you within 2 business days with an update on the status of your return.

Please note that this policy applies only to defective or damaged products. We DO NOT accept returns for any other reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

 

OTHER RETURNS:

No other returns outside of the defective or damaged products are accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

LOST DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

If you lose your digital files, we’ll do our best to replace them.

Please note: if we have discontinued a product or no longer store the files on our servers, we will no longer be able to replace files. Ultimately, you are responsible for storing your digital files in a safe place on your own computer or cloud backup.
