File delivery:
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you’ll receive an e-mail confirming your order. An e-package containing your files will be delivered within 48 hours, unless you have requested to have your company name added, which will require a total of 7 business days for your file e-package delivery.
Returns:
We make every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and meet our customers’ expectations. If you have received a defective or damaged product, we will be absolutely happy to help you. Please follow the guidelines on our Return Policy page for returning a defective or damaged product.
